Medequip Connect – there when you need us

Request a call back or a leaflet

We can send you a leaflet for free if you provide your name and address using our contact form. If you would like a call-back, please supply your name and phone number on our request a call back form.

Monitoring Only

We provide an alarm that consists of a base unit and a separate pendant button.

The lightweight button can be worn either on your wrist, your belt, or around your neck as a pendant.

If you need help all you have to do is press the button and it will connect you directly to our Emergency Response Centre who if required will ask one of your nominated contacts (friends, family or neighbours) to come and assist. We also have additional telecare equipment available, so please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Monitoring and Emergency Response

Medequip Connect provides a Monitoring and Emergency Mobile Response service for people who want to stay independent for longer.  We offer a reassurance and falls pick-up service which helps to avoid hospital admissions where people are not injured. Each responder has been Police (DBS) checked (previously CRB) and carry with them a wide range of equipment to help aid and assist you in the safest way possible.

If you live in one of our response area’s, we can provide help at the touch of a button.

Well-Being Visits

We understand that sometimes you or someone you know may need regular visits whether that be just after leaving hospital or their family being away. In these circumstances we offer a tailored well-being visit service where we arrange for one of our highly trained responders to visit the customer.

This service is available in any of our area’s covered by the response service.
