24-Hour Monitoring Service

Accidents and emergencies can occur unexpectedly. With our 24 hour monitored Technology Enabled Care service, support is always available. Whether you experience a fall or another emergency at home, our dedicated team is ready to help 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

  • Emergency Assistance: Our trained responders can help you back to your feet if you are uninjured, using safe lifting equipment preventing unnecessary ambulance callouts.
  • Immediate Support: Our monitoring centre ensures that in the event of an emergency, your next of kin, nominated contacts, or emergency services will be alerted right away.

Installations, Repairs Collections

Our team assess the property to determine the most suitable locations for the installation of telecare equipment, ensuring safety, accessibility, and optimal functionality within the home.

  • Professional Installation: The team ensures safe and reliable setup of equipment, including base units and wearable devices, providing guidance on usage and maintenance.
  • Maintenance Repairs: Prompt repair and maintenance services to ensure continuous functionality.
  • Equipment Collection: If equipment is no longer needed Medequip Connect has a process which is environmentally responsible, for the collection and recycling of equipment.

Self-Funded Service Options

Alongside services commissioned by the local authority, Medequip Connect Warwickshire also offers a fully self-funded option for individuals and families who wish to arrange Technology Enabled Care independently.
